redman-wide

Props again to Onez for compiling another dope set.  Redman’s 4th album dropped in the fall of 1998 fueled by the addictive single “I’ll Bee That” and the trunk rattling track “Da Goodness.”  Interestingly this was Redman’s first platinum album….amazing.

We’re probably gonna drop a set a day until we run out…..Onez has stocked pile our queue!  Hit the cut for the info and link…

redman is probably a better producer than Erick Sermon, I’ll probably say that right now and not go back on it.

Sean Deez You couldnt have said it better…on the low Redmans producution is better than most full time producers

    It”s funny McFly.

When people talk about Best Rapper Producers, they’ll bring up your Kanye’s, your Diamond D’s, your J Dilla’s… but.. Redman pretty much produced Dare Iz A Darkside, all of it and Co-produced Whut and shared Muddy Waters. He’s fantastic and has got a great ear for samples and has some of the hardest hitting drums.

He’s under rated on the boards…

  • J. Rizzle

Redman one of the illest freestylers ever and I agree with everyone else about him being under rated behind the boards.

  • Pee Duble

Red is one of the illest emcees of all time. Just due to consistency as well as quality, he gotta be at least top 15 dead or alive. He’s definitely underrated as a producer too!! Props!! Thanks for finally fixing your site Kev, it was moving at a turtles pace!! LOL
