Progressive Era: The Secc$ Tap.e

by Jeremiah on March 4, 2012

Yes I know it is late at night and I know that Progressive Era‘s The Secc$ Tap.e dropped on Valentines Day but I am a fairly new fan and this shit just couldn’t wait until tomorrow or Monday to get up. I found this joint because I was doing a little research on Joey BadA$$ after hearing his latest joint “Waves” and then he and Capital STEEZ‘s joint “Survival Tactics” only to discover that they are a part of a whole crew that rock the mic right. The Secc$ Tap.e features not only Joey BadA$$ and Capital STEEZ but also other Progressive Era associates Kirk Knight, Dyemond Lewis, T’ Nah, A La $ole, CJ Fly and a variety of producers including Ha$ $olo. This joint is ill. Get used to these names because with the kind of talent Progressive Era has we are hopefully going to see these cats for a long time to come. Progressive Era is something to definitely get excited about in Hip Hop. Be on the lookout for Joey BadA$$’s 1999 coming sometime in late March and Capital STEEZ’S AmeriKKKan Korruption coming April 7th. We will definitely keep you posted. For now pretend it’s Valentines Day again and bang The Secc$ Tap.e. Download link below.
