Daniel Crawford: Red Pill

Big ups to my homie Tall Black Guy for bringing this killer album to my attention from LA based musician, producer Daniel Crawford. After a few years of unleashing mixtapes, chops & remixes, Crawford show us his musician & arranger side with his jazz contribution Red Pill, a phenomenal album with the right blend of acoustic, electric, classical & orchestrated elements that push the art of jazz further into the 21st Century. Most originals tunes, with fresh covers of the jazz classic “Night In Tunisia”, Robert Glasper‘s new classic “Move & Love” & the black national anthem “Lift Every Voice & Sing”. The best part is, this great album is available for a measly five bucks! COP IT NOW!
